Acceptance of terms
By creating a Qualifyr account, connecting a Meta business account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Qualifyr.
Beta service
Qualifyr is in private beta. Features may change, and availability is limited to 50 founding spots. Free during beta; founding pricing applies after.
Your account
You are responsible for the Instagram or Facebook business account you connect, for the accuracy of your profile and services, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Qualifyr is not liable for activity on accounts that you or your team members perform.
Acceptable use
Do not use Qualifyr to send unsolicited DMs, spam, harassment, or messages that violate Meta's platform policies or your local professional rules. Scout is inbound-only by design; outbound-only flows require explicit approval through the broadcast flow.
Your responsibilities
You keep approval mode on while we learn together, review important actions Scout proposes, and comply with Meta messaging policies and your local professional rules — especially for health, legal, and financial services.
Payments
Deposits go to your own Stripe account. Stripe's standard processing fees apply. Qualifyr takes no platform cut of deposits during beta.
Your content and our intellectual property
You keep ownership of the messages, booking data, voice samples, and brand assets you put into Qualifyr. You grant Qualifyr a limited license to process that content only to operate the service for you. The Qualifyr name, logo, Scout engine, Studio Copilot interface, and underlying code are our intellectual property.
Pausing and termination
You can pause Scout at any time and disconnect your account. Either side may end beta participation; we delete your data on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes, we email active beta members at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
