What we collect
Contact details you give us (email, name, profession, Instagram or business handle, weekly DM volume, deposit use). Messages and booking context Scout handles on your behalf. Calendar availability and qualification answers. Voice profile samples you provide. Stripe payment metadata — deposits go straight to your own Stripe account; we never see card numbers. Technical data (UTM parameters, pages viewed, form events, IP address).
AI processing
Scout processes your client messages to qualify leads, propose slots, and collect deposits. Studio Copilot processes your workspace data for analytics, drafts, and summaries. Data stays inside your workspace and is never used to train shared models.
Third-party processors
Meta (Instagram Graph API and Messenger Platform) to receive and send messages on your behalf. Stripe to process deposits in your connected account. An AI model provider to generate Scout and Studio Copilot replies. Cloud hosting and storage for the Qualifyr application. Each processor receives only the data it needs to perform its role.
AI disclosure
Scout introduces itself as your assistant in client conversations and hands off to you any time a client asks.
Retention and deletion
We keep beta signup data until you ask us to delete it. Workspace messages and bookings are retained per your settings and deleted on request. To delete everything, email hello@qualifyr.pro or follow the data-deletion instructions. We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Children's privacy
Qualifyr is built for adult service professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Scout is configured to hand off any message from a minor to the connected business for human review.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The last-updated date at the top of the page reflects the current version. For material changes, we email active beta members before the change takes effect.
