Defined Terms
"Qualifyr," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the lead qualification and booking platform. "Service" refers to the Qualifyr platform, including all websites, APIs, and related services. "Professional" refers to a service provider who creates an account to receive bookings through the Service. "Client" refers to an individual who submits a qualification form or makes a booking through a Professional's page. "Stripe" refers to Stripe, Inc., our payment processor. "Personal Data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
1. Professionals
When you create a Professional account, we collect:
Account Information
Your name, email address, username, and any information you choose to provide in your profile (such as your profile photo, bio, and social media links).
Booking and Client Data
Information submitted through qualification forms, including client names, email addresses, phone numbers, answers to qualification questions, and booking details. This data is stored in your account and used solely to provide the Service.
Subscription and Payment Information

Usage Data
We automatically collect certain information when you access or use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.
2. Clients
When you submit a qualification form or make a booking through a Professional's page, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Answers to qualification questions configured by the Professional
- Booking details, including selected date, time, and service
- Payment information, which is processed directly by Stripe

3. Visitors
When you visit the Qualifyr website without creating an account, we may collect usage data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to analyze usage patterns and improve the Service.
