Data deletion

To delete your Qualifyr data, including data shared via Meta (Instagram and Facebook):

1. Email hello@qualifyr.pro from the address you signed up with, subject "Delete my data".
2. Include your Instagram handle or business name so we find the right workspace.
3. We confirm deletion within 30 days and remove messages, bookings, memory, qualification answers, voice samples, and signup data.

Meta-side deletion: you can also delete the data Meta holds about your Qualifyr connection from your Instagram or Facebook account. Use Meta's "Download your information" and "Delete your account" tools. Qualifyr does not control Meta's retention window.

Stripe payment records remain with Stripe under their retention policy.
